Rudnick & Enners wet chip mills are designed for the wet grinding of wood chips or "lumpy" biomass.
The starting material can be ground to both dryable and briquettable particle size. The required particle size spectrum for the production of pallet blocks can also be produced individually.
Due to an intelligent interaction of blow and impact crushing, Rudnick & Enners wet chip mills can be implemented without an additional suction device.
If requested by the customer, direct grinding to chip structures suitable for pelleting is also possible – from wood chips to chips for pelleting in one grinding step.
Rudnick & Enners wet chip mills can achieve output capacities of up to 140 loose cubic metres/h depending on the application, motor rating, wood type and moisture content, and offer you an economical and powerful possibility to grind your sawmill by-products.
Due to the fibre structure produced by Rudnick & Enners wet chip mills which is optimised for drying, additional energetic efficiency advantages can be generated, for example in combination with the Rudnick & Enners compact belt dryer.
